UKRAINE RECOVERY CONFERENCE

Extend the Conversation Beyond
the Main Programme

Tallinn, Estonia 2027

Side events alongside the conference

Ukraine Recovery Conference 2027 (URC27) encourages organisations, institutions, businesses, civil society organisations, academia and development partners to organise side events that contribute to the goals of Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction.

Side events provide an opportunity to bring together specialised communities, showcase initiatives, facilitate partnerships and deepen discussions around key recovery topics alongside the conference programme.

Side events may take place on 27 January (Pre-Day) and alongside the conference on 28-29 January 2027. Events on Day 1 (28 January) must not overlap with the official URC27 Main Programme, while events on Day 2 (29 January) should be scheduled outside Main Programme sessions wherever possible. Approved side events will be listed on official URC27 channels and may use the “Side Event of URC27” designation and branding.

Event Types

URC27 distinguishes between three categories of events taking place around the conference

The official Ukraine Recovery Conference programme taking place in Tallinn on 28–29 January 2027, organised by the Estonian and Ukrainian organising committees.

Events organised directly by, or on behalf of, the URC27 organising committee as part of the wider official conference programme.

Events organised by third parties that align with the goals of URC27 and have been reviewed and approved by the organising committee. Approved side events are listed on official URC27 channels and may use approved URC27 side event branding.
