The Third EU–Ukraine Investment Conference, a pre-conference event on the road to the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2027 (URC2027) in Tallinn, will take place in Warsaw on 12-13 November 2026, bringing together policymakers, financial institutions and business leaders to discuss investment in Ukraine’s recovery, resilience and modernisation.

The conference will bring together policymakers, financial institutions and business leaders to discuss investment opportunities supporting Ukraine’s recovery, resilience and modernisation. Discussions will focus on advancing investment through the Ukraine Investment Framework and new EU–Ukraine agreements, strengthening business resilience in strategic and dual-use sectors, and expanding opportunities through economic reforms, state-owned enterprise governance and privatisation.

Following a high-level opening session and the signing of new agreements under the Ukraine Investment Framework, participants will examine ways to mobilise private capital and deepen economic cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union.

The event is one of several international gatherings leading up to URC2027 in Tallinn, which will bring together governments, businesses, international organisations and civil society representatives to support Ukraine’s long-term recovery and reconstruction.
